An Eternal Problem
One day a neighbor of Abraham Lincoln, a former President of the United States of America, was called to the door by the noise of children crying. Mr. Lincoln was striding along, the hands of his two small sons held in his own.
“Why, Mr. Lincoln, what is the matter with the boys?” asked the lady. “Just what’s the matter with the whole world,” replied Lincoln. “I have got three walnuts and each wants two.”
